The first thing I noticed was the audience. The audience in the first game really sucked, but this one looks incredible. They are even holding signs up! The other thing I noticed was the ring entrances. They will have the wrestlers theme music and hopefully some pyrotechnics. Here are some of the game's features:

*More than 80 wrestlers, including 50 WCW/NWO superstars
*Up-to-date roster (August '98)
*User stats: Win/loss/tie for each wrestler
*Arcade-style scores at end of match
*Championship mode with different WCW belts
*Real Pay-Per-View arenas, including Bash at the Beach, Souled Out, Halloween Havoc and Starrcade
*Wrestler entrances
*WCW and NWO theme music
*128 megabit (16MB) cartridge with EEPROM (no memory pak required)
*More hidden weapons
*Instant replay for deadly finishing moves
*Improved AI, speed and animations
*New face texture maps
*Costume edit mode (WCW to NWO)
*Hidden grapplers
*Improved crowd graphics, including fans with signs and face paint
*All the real WCW belts
*40-man Battle Royal (consecutive)
*Combo moves
*Voice and likeness of referee Mark Curtis
*Rumble Pak compatible

The current roster includes: Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Sting, Lex Luger, Randy Savage, Curt Henning, Hollywood Hogan, Giant, Scott Norton, Raven, DDP, Goldberg, Bret Hart, Booker T, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Eddy Guererro, Disco Inferno, Rey Mysterio, Jr., Dean Malenko, Ultimo Dragon, La Parka, Konnan, Scott Steiner, Lodi, British Bulldog, and more.
